ANHUI TUOYUN ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY Co.，Ltd is famous for its forging products, locating in Beiguan Industry Zone, Dingxiang County, where called China - Forging Town. The group mainly produces forgings for Wind Energy, Pressure Vessel and Pipe, Bearing, Gear Ring and General Machine by free forging, die forging and ring rolling. It is a private joint-stock enterprise with large investment and bright development prospect.The company was registered in Jan. 2008, with registering capital 180 million RMB, total asset value 450 million RMB; total area 200 thousand square meters. Now there is 468 employees, including 83 technical staff of pressing, ring rolling, lab, UT test, forging, machining and tower manufacturing. Based on 5G+ Cloud Platform Wind Energy ring forging smart extension Project with 223 million RMB investment has been implemented, which enhance our manufacturing capability, and management ability. Currently, the group owns 10,000mm and 6,500mm Ring Rolling Machines, 10,000T and 3,600T Press Machines. All kinds of CNC Lathe, Driller and Tower Manufacturing equipment are more than 140 sets, besides one physical and chemical laboratory of national level. Annual produce capability is 100 thousand ton of wind power flanges and door frame, 10 thousand ton of pressure vessel flange and forging, 300 sets of wind tower.
